Watercolor and Ink
I create a loose wash and use water to create textural variety. The paintings are then developed using ink applied with dipped pens and watercolors.

Gouache Resist
This is an indirect method of obtaining an image using water based gouache, ink and watercolor. Holding the painting under running water to wash away the gouache is one of the most enjoyable steps in the process.
